  It's finally here, a comfortable hard hat.    For too long, workers have had to suffer heavy, hot, uncomfortable hard hats.  The new CONCEPT Helmet incorporates an incredibly strong and surprisingly lightweight shell, with a revolutionary ventilation system.  We're proud to call it the most comfortable hard hat, yet.  

6-Point Cradle with High Absorbent Headband

LIGHTWEIGHT
The CONCEPT weighs in at just over 10 ounces.  That's 20% lighter than most other hard hats!  But, don't be fooled.  "Lightweight" does not mean "light-duty."  The non-vented CONCEPT meets ANSI Standards for head protection, providing the same protection as the less comfortable hard hat you're wearing, now.  A lightweight shell of durable ABS features extended neck protection, reduced peak for greater upward visibility, and of course, a comfortable fit.

OPTIONAL "EXHAUST" VENTILATION SYSTEM**
Whereas other hard hats hold in the heat, the CONCEPT allows fresh air to flow through.  Pronounced ventilation slots on the sides and back allow air to move through the helmet, keeping it cool and comfortable.  

6-POINT CRADLE
A standard 6-Point Terylene Cradle offers uniformly distributed support, while the Centurion Hydro-Flock highly absorbent headband helps keep you dry. Optional ratchet adjustment.

The unique "Exhaust" Ventilation System** allows air to flow through the helmet, keeping things cool.  Vent plugs are available.
